Since my last update I have sung at a memorable Swedish-American-Colombian wedding, dressed up as Lisbeth Salander (you know, the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) and performed with the Karmadog band at a Halloween bash, sung Marie Fredriksson and Rolling Stones in the Benziger Winery Cellar, performed songs from my new album at a rainy, but fun Montclair Village Festival, written and recorded the score to the French/Algerian movie trailer "Secrets of Medea" http://www.thesecretsofmedea.org/and sung Swedish Lucia songs at the Tegner Lodge in Oakland. And just a few days ago we laid down the first tracks to the dance hit by Houston/Brownstein "The Beat is Talking". Stay tuned for a first listen.

The making of the feature film " The Secrets of Medea" are in the early stages and TC has begun writing the film score.

The feature film, The Secrets of Medea, is adapted from the novel "Les Silences de Médéa" by Malika Madi, telling the story of Zohra, a young woman in Algeria who becomes the victim of political unrest and terrorist violence before escaping to France to start a new life.

The Documentary Movie "Miya of the Quiet Strength" has been selected for the Hot Springs Documentary Movie Festival in Arkansas on Oct 19 and for the Oakland International Film Festival on Oct 13.

The documentary movie, "Miya of the Quiet Strength", of Swift Productions was released on Jan 4 of 2009. TC Brewitz wrote the film score for the movie.
